You will support one or more allocated work areas under the guidance of the PMO Manager and Senior PMO Specialists.As PMO Specialist, you will bring around 2-3 years of PMO or coordination experience and a proven track record of accuracy and consistency in everything you produce. You'll build your ability to bring teams together and communicate confidently, developing towards greater ownership of your own area over time.ResponsibilitiesPMO support and escalationSupport the PMO Manager and Senior PMO Specialists on your allocated area(s), keeping them regularly informed and escalating challenges or priority conflicts in good timeHelp identify and flag emerging issues early, capturing the evidence and detail Senior Management would need to make an informed decisionAct as a clear and reliable point of contact between departments for your PMO area, ensuring information is passed on accurately and on timeData, reporting, and analysisManage Core Systems data: pull reports, check the data for accuracy and consistency, request inputs from teams to validate records, and update the Core Systems directlyPull data from source systems into the Trackers and Reports in Excel, covering financial, resource consumption, and demand data, for validation by the Senior PMO before circulationHelp interpret data and contribute to summary analysis for stakeholdersChase the accuracy of timesheets and consumption data monthly to ensure accurate reporting and billingCheck your own data, documents, and reports thoroughly before they are shared onward,



and query anything that doesn't look right rather than passing it on uncheckedDemand and resource managementSupport the Senior PMOs in updating shared Team Plans in the relevant systemsWork with teams to gather the information you need to report accurately, and follow up diligentlyStakeholder communication and documentationPresent clear, accurate updates to stakeholders across the Unit, and support senior colleagues in preparing information for Senior ManagementSupport the coordination of meetings and conference calls, producing detailed, accurate minutes and tracking actions through to completionKeep PMO wiki pages on SharePoint up to date and accurate, flagging where they need refreshing or improvingDraw up process flow diagrams in PowerPoint, talking to people to understand how a process actually works, then designing and documenting the flowRequirementsThis is the experience that will help you hit the ground running.RequiredAround 2-3 years' PMO or coordination experience, ideally within a technology, agile, or media environmentA good working understanding of demand planning, resourcing, and finance matters within a PMO's remit, with a willingness to build this furtherA track record of accurate, well-checked work, with evidence of checking your own output as a matter of habit, even under time pressureClear and concise communication with stakeholders, especially during challenging periodsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel: able to produce, analyse, and quality-check data before summarising it in a reportWorking knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft PowerPoint, including for drawing up process flow diagramsReliable management of your own workload and schedule,
