How you'll help us: Provide technical troubleshooting support to distributors, installers, EPCs, and customers via phone, email, and digital communication channels.



Deliver technical training sessions, webinars, and product presentations to distributors, installers, service partners, and internal colleagues.
Provide technical support during customer meetings and pre-sales activities when required. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs, and service partners. Collaborate with the Sales team to support customer relationships and business development. Work closely with Product Management, R&D;, and headquarters to resolve technical issues and improve products and processes. Monitor relevant Italian technical regulations and grid-code requirements.
Support the qualification, onboarding, and management of authorized service partners. Document technical cases and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
