Overview In this Brand Manager role, you will drive the Italian Eucerin category by translating brand strategies into local plans and launches. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution across consumer touchpoints and activations. You'll identify growth opportunities in Face & Sun and shape local priorities with regional and global stakeholders. Responsabilità
Drive execution of category and brand plans for the Face & Sun portfolio in line with local and global strategy
Lead local deployment of product launches, relaunches and innovation projects coordinating stakeholders
Analyze brand, category and market performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations




Develop and execute local activation plans (promotions, events, PR, influencer collaborations, media support) tailored to the Italian market
Manage marketing budgets and contribute to forecasting, planning and performance tracking
Ensure excellence in POS materials, sales force tools and marketing assets to maximize visibility and engagement
Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders and external agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requisiti fondamentali
~2-4 years of experience in Marketing
~ Experience in product launches, consumer activation and portfolio management
~ Experience in Personal Care, Skincare or Pharmacy channel is advantageous
~ Fluency in Italian and English
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
~ IQVIA or similar market data tools is a plus
