Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a Customer Success Intern in Milan to help grow our international exchange program.
This full-time 40-hour/week internship lasts 3 months and pays 500€ per month, offering hands-on exposure to recruitment and customer success tasks.
You will engage with au pairs and host families, review documents for compliance, and collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure a smooth onboarding and departure process.
