Role
As our customer base expands and our international footprint grows (currently operating across 5+ European markets, including France and Bulgaria), we are looking for a Head of Operations to build, refine, and scale the operational engine powering our Revenue, People, Legal, and Finance teams.

Your key responsibilities

- Operating Workflows & Bottleneck Identification: Map, document, and continuously optimize end-to-end workflows across Revenue Ops (Sales, Marketing, CS), People Ops, Legal, and Finance Ops across multiple countries.
- Operations Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the functional roadmap from start to finish. Implement robust prioritization frameworks to align resource allocation directly with overall company strategy.
