Responsabilità

- Support consultants and clients with research-driven insights to solve business problems
- Leverage market and economic research to serve as a thought partner to teams and clients
- Prioritize and manage research activities for maximum impact, developing industry expertise
- Collaborate with the global research team to share knowledge, best practices and new ideas




- Develop and improve knowledge assets, driving innovative approaches in client delivery and stand-alone projects
- Be based in Milan, contributing to the Pharma & Healthcare sector within the Client Capabilities Network

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master's degree in engineering with strong academic record
- Post-graduate work experience valued; internships considered for recent graduates
- Demonstrated research experience in academic or business settings
- Solid understanding of financial, economic, and general business terms
- Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across organizational levels
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced tools like Alteryx, Tableau are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in English and Italian for effective communication
