Instruct-ERIC invites applications for a postdoctoral position to study the molecular mechanisms of mitotic spindle coupling to cortical polarity in asymmetric cell divisions. The work focuses on how NuMA/LGN/G?i pathways anchor astral microtubules to cortical sites and how polarity proteins coordinate this process.
The successful candidate will perform structural characterization of protein complexes, combining X-ray crystallography, biochemistry and cell biology in a collaborative environment
