The role includes troubleshooting and providing customer support services, while educating clients on product functionality and applications. The technician identifies issues and collaborates closely with the Service and Sales teams. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to identify problems with equipment or tools are essential.Area of responsibility: ItalyResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical maintenance, repair, and installation activities at customer sites in accordance with Ingersoll Rand procedures and Health & Safety guidelinesInstall new systems at customer locations, following a schedule shared with the Service CoordinatorPrepare and maintain assigned tools to ensure efficiency and success in all service interventionsReport any technical issues or complaints raised during commissioning and ensure efficient information flow for proper follow-up with customers and internal teamsProvide detailed reporting of activities, both internally and to customersCollaborate closely with the following functions:SalesSales SupportQualityInternal Aftermarket WorkshopTechnical SupportBasic Qualifications3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry (mechanical, chemical, plant design, installation)Daily travel: Ability to travel on a daily basis within the assigned territory National (Italy)
