Viva.com is seeking an experienced Direct Team Leader to oversee our Field-based Client Relationship Representatives. The role focuses on guiding a high-performing team, promoting the company's services, and achieving ambitious targets in a fast-paced fintech environment.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business development, strong leadership and CRM experience, and fluency in English and Italian. The position offers a permanent contract and performance-based bonuses.
