Job Description The position is responsible for leading the European Breast Surgery marketing strategy and business performance, driving growth across both the Aesthetic and Reconstruction portfolios, with a particular focus on the GalaFLEX franchise. The role owns the development and execution of marketing plans, commercialization strategies, product launches, market development initiatives, and omnichannel engagement programs to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
Responsibilities




- Develop and lead all aspects of marketing plans in Europe to ensure the achievement of financial/budget expectations and go-to-market strategies, including market sensing, market development and marketing mix.
- Lead the successful development and flawless implementation of new product launches and related commercialization plans, strategies and activities.
- Direction provided has a direct impact on the achievement of the region's revenue results.
- Develop deep insights through research and analytics to inform marketing and product development decision-making, plans, activities and the organization.
- Lead the Breast Surgery business strategy and marketing execution across Europe.
- Ensure alignment across countries, business leaders, and commercial teams while fostering market development opportunities with the Breast market (aesthetic and reconstruction).
