Danfoss is seeking an experienced Field Systems Engineer, based at one of its locations in Mestre, Italy; Trévoux, France; Uxbridge, United Kingdom or Offenbach, Germany. The successful candidate will provide world-class technical and application support for Danfoss Turbocor® compressors within the Cooling division. Working closely with Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers, the Field Systems Engineer will deliver high-quality technical support to OEM customers across Europe.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide technical and application support to OEM customers and sales teams across Europe, supporting both existing business and new opportunities.




- Act as the main technical point of contact for customers on product application, troubleshooting and quality-related topics.
- Analyze compressor and refrigeration system issues, conduct failure analysis and drive structured problem-solving and corrective actions.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, sharing field insights to improve existing products and support new product development and launches.
- Plan and conduct customer visits, technical training, product demonstrations and other activities supporting customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Quality and other internal teams to address technical challenges and successfully execute customer and business initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Thermodynamics or a related field is an advantage.
- 5+ years of relevant experience within the Air Conditioning & Ref
