About the Role
We are hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide flexible, per diem coverage in Tia's San Francisco clinic. This role is designed for clinicians who want supplemental clinical work without committing to a fixed tempo parziale or full-time schedule. Per diem providers help support planned coverage gaps, high-volume periods, and unexpected staffing needs. Providers are asked to share at least one day of general availability each week , including weekdays or weekends.
When coverage is needed, Tia will contact available providers with the clinic location, shift time, and expected arrival time.



Providers may accept or decline each individual shift request based on their availability. Accepted shifts are typically eight hours and may fall between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Same-day coverage requests may require arrival at the assigned clinic within two hours of accepting the shift.
This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who can confidently manage a broad range of primary care and women's health visits, adapt quickly to different clinic teams, and deliver consistent, high-quality care with minimal ramp time.
