Qonto in Italy is seeking a Customer Onboarding Officer to scale our Italian market by performing in-depth account validations in line with Bank of Italy guidelines.
You will report to the Team Lead KYC-B Operations Italy and work to clear a backlog while maintaining high quality.
You will review complex documentation, draft detailed analyses, and support the frontline team on difficult cases, ensuring a compliant and customer-centric onboarding journey.
