Perfetti Van Melle in Lainate, Italy, seeks an Associate Specialist to join the Group R&D; Hard Boiled Candy, Lollipop and Tabs team. You will work on new product and process development from lab to post-launch, designing recipes under supervision and ensuring compliance with ingredients, claims and nutritional contents.
You will lead laboratory activities, coordinate with R&D;, Group Engineering and PEC, and collaborate with suppliers to improve quality, cost and process efficiency across
