Ignite in Lisbon is seeking Italian-speaking customer support professionals to join our vibrant multicultural team.
As the primary contact for Italian clients, you will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a fast-paced environment.
You must be fluent in Italian (C1/C2) with strong English (B2), be available for 24/7 rotating shifts, and be on-site in Lisbon.
We offer two contract options: local or relocation with housing and travel support.
