## Job description We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant who manages complex SAP system environments along their entire lifecycle. Your duties will include interacting with Information Technology groups to help define needs, and then translating those needs into effective architectural solutions. This implies contributing to the design as well as performing the installation, upgrade and support of all components of modern and complex SAP landscapes. ## Role and position As experienced SAP Basis Consultant you will: * ensure the SAP systems operate reliably and efficiently in a secure environment; * use a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach to analyze situations and provide problem resolution; * work as part of a team and maintain daily contact with the SAP Technical Team Leader regarding work progress; * perform technical analysis of the existing SAP environment and work with Information Technology groups to develop a technical architecture strategy based on your understanding of our client’s needs and business scenario; * prepare comprehensive and thorough technical documentation for complex system landscapes; * effectively communicate with Information Technology groups to assist with the ongoing functional support of SAP. ## Requirements and skills We are looking for someone with relevant work experience, i.e. someone who: * has at least 10 years of working experience with SAP technology; in particular,
knowledge of modern SAP systems that should include: SAP Basis (including installation, upgrade, OS/DB migration), SAP HANA, SAP Solution Manager, SAP on Cloud solutions (SCP, AWS, Azure, Google); * is responsible for the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP systems as well as configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment on an ongoing basis; * contributes to the design and delivery of modern SAP landscapes. Your duties may include interacting with various Information Technology groups to help define needs, and then translating those needs into solutions that deliver long-term value to our clients; * speaks English. A professional SAP Technical Certification, in particular on HANA, is a plus. ## What we offer * Lavoro da remoto.
