Ownership of sales targets and continuous performance improvement
Requisiti fondamentali2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Background in food-hospitality, on-demand delivery, FMCG, or high-growth tech platforms (preferred)
Strong negotiation and pitch skills with a customer-centric approach
Analytical mindset with ability to build basic business cases and use data for objections
Bias for action, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with Google Suite; Salesforce or Looker experience a plus
Native/fluent Italian and professional English proficiency
Higher education background preferred
