LivaNova seeks a Team Leader for Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable to manage end-to-end processes, drive collections performance, and oversee a small team. The role requires close coordination with finance and customer service stakeholders to ensure compliant and efficient cash operations.
Responsibilities
Manage full Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable process cycles
Monitor DSO, collections, and debtor performance to optimize cash inflow
Perform reconciliations and deliver AR reporting and analysis
Oversee customer credit limits and coordinate credit control activities
Lead and support a team of two resources on priorities and performance
Requirements
3–5+ years of Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Credit Management experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong Excel and accounting systems proficiency; SAP experience preferred
Knowledge of VAT regulations and financial processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Fluent in English
Compensation:
€43,000–€60,000 base plus 5% premio
