Overview
In this role you lead growth for the Independent Aftermarket in Europe, reporting to the Regional Sales Leader AFM Europe. You will shape and execute regional sales strategies, expand strategic customer relationships, and drive profitability and customer satisfaction. You'll analyze markets, identify opportunities, and steer commercial initiatives across Europe. This is a hands-on role at the heart of Eaton's IAM growth, offering meaningful impact and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsabilità
Drive sales growth by expanding the IAM customer base and implementing regional strategies
Develop annual profit and five-year strategic plans to ensure high customer satisfaction
Analyze markets for growth opportunities and competitive insights for new products
Manage cost reduction programs to support customer initiatives while protecting profitability




Build and maintain strong customer-supplier relationships; handle inquiries, contracts, and complaints
Evaluate customer performance and deploy action plans to improve satisfaction
Requisiti fondamentali
BS/MS degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Automotive sales industry, aftermarket preferred
Strong proficiency in P&L; management, cost estimation, and pricing strategies
Fluency in English and at least one of French, Italian, German, or Spanish
Proven ability to design and communicate compelling value propositions
Willingness to travel *****% of the time
