The Deployment Manager is in charge of the local business implementation of deal renewal and new business handed over to him/her by Sales, onboarding and coordinating all relevant experts from different functions to ensure new business and evolutions will work at 1st time in production and can be handed over to Operations and Finance for BAU.What you'll be doing:Own implementation of new business, renewals, and financial conditions changes on existing business until 1st successful production cycle and hand over to OperationsGather information on the deal, design Operating Model (TOM) in collaboration with accurate functions and get alignment from all functions during kick-off meeting on TOM implementedOnboard Partner into our Deployment process; prepare and present - with CSC - layout of files the Partner will sendWork with clients, in-house and external teams to ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements for the Operating Model are met and fully signed offFor some deals (eg multi-country), work closely with project manager that will design and implement overall solutionImplement all operational processes and complete necessary tasks to secure the launch on due date and working at 1st try in production (file loading, cash matching, invoicing) without file manipulation; use Post Deployment Triage when neededProvide visibility of deployment to all functions and leadership teams, through local meetings, creating and updating Jira DPL ticket on a weekly basis, and storing deal documentation in Teams (incl. sign off from client and internal functions)Anticipate and prepare Deployment requirements to support businessIdentify and develop the required knowledge specific to the country on Regulations, Tax, Legal Entities,



Processes' & Controls to support a successful deploymentBuild good working relationships and maintain regular contact with relevant operational contacts to deliver both day-to-day and longer-term requirements; specifically, getmarket trend & requirements from SalesEngage with IT, Configuration and other functions impacted to design solution to support future business requirements, build business case and schedule developmentMonitor KPIs and run retrospectivesMonitor deal implementation in Jira - creating DPL tickets and keeping each up to date at any time – and escape whenever situation is not - or slowly – progressing, to ensure KPIs will meet average expectation (as per annual Goals)Run retrospectives with teams, share outcomes and propose improvement action plan at country quarterly deployment steeringWhat you'll bring:Business school, Engineering or UniversityMinimum 5-year experienceExperience leading or influencing cross functional business activitiesClient facing/Sales experienceRecognised project management skillsProven track record in managing multiple projectsKnowledge of credit insuranceCritical thinking/good analytical skills and an eye for detailProcess mapping skills,
