The role is deliberately generalist: one week you build a business case for a new market, the next you conduct competitive intelligence or craft a board update.
No two weeks look the same, but from day one you own key projects and are expected to deliver, not wait to be told what to do.What You'll DoSupport the founder and senior leadership on high?priority strategic and operational projects, from framing the problem to delivering the output.Conduct research and analysis—market landscapes, competitor benchmarking, performance deep?dives—and turn raw data into clear, decision?ready insights.Help prepare materials for internal and external audiences: team updates, investor?ready decks, board summaries, and cross?functional briefings.Track key business metrics and contribute to regular reporting cycles,



flagging anomalies and surfacing patterns that matter.Coordinate across teams to move cross?functional projects forward, managing timelines, follow?ups, and stakeholder alignment.Explore and prototype AI tools, frameworks, and processes that help WeRoad operate smarter as it scales.
