Overview

In this role you will support and improve back-end production processes across regional sites, bringing technical expertise to capital projects, audits and continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner with plant leadership, engineering teams and suppliers to drive operational excellence, process standardization and cost performance. You address maintenance optimization, best practices, and innovative initiatives to reduce spoilage and improve efficiency. Responsabilità

- Provide engineering expertise for capital projects and process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce spoilage
- Support plants with technical problem-solving, equipment optimization and implementing best operating practices
- Drive process and maintenance standardization across Decorators, Inside Sprays, Neckers, and Palletisers in regional sites
- Keep facilities informed on latest process technologies, maintenance standards and industry best practices
- Help plants achieve operational, production, quality and cost targets
- Prepare detailed technical reports after site visits, audits and investigations
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers and OEMs to support equipment performance and maintenance strategies




- Deliver technical training to plant engineering and production personnel
- Identify root causes of maintenance cost overruns and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Manage small-scale engineering and plant improvement projects
- Work with Global Engineering to establish and update maintenance standards and best practices

Requisiti fondamentali

- Vocational or technical education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Deep knowledge of mechanical processes in the back end of two-piece beverage can manufacturing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and with international cross-functional teams
- Experience leading technical projects and coordinating engineering activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
- European language skills are a plus
- Self-motivated with results orientation
