In this role you will manage SHU sales orders and act as the central contact for order fulfillment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and protect customer commitments.
You will support high-value and R&D; tools, handling escalations with clear, proactive communication.
You drive delivery performance by prioritizing critical orders, identifying risks, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilità
Manage SHU sales orders and communicate delivery status across the order lifecycle
Coordinate with OCE and internal stakeholders for current critical order updates
Prioritize and expedite orders to meet customer commitments
Identify risks or escalations early and support timely resolution
Collaborate with CSR, Logistics, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Manufacturing, and other teams to resolve requests
Maintain professional relationships with customers,



FSO teams, and internal stakeholders during escalations
Conduct proactive order reviews and follow up on required actions to support delivery performance
Proactive updates to FSO/Customers on High Value Tools, R&D; Tools & SHU orders
Follow up with OCE on latest status of critical orders
Prioritize/Expedite/Communicate SHU order status
Proactively address potential escalations
Manage customer/FSO relationships

Requisiti fondamentali
Experience in supply chain, order management, customer service, or escalation management
Experience using SAP for order management and fulfillment activities
Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of order fulfillment, logistics, planning, purchasing, and escalation processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive actions
Strong English communication; additional languages advantageous
