ResponsabilitàLead vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and monitor pricing dynamics
Guide internal stakeholders on procurement policies and best practices
Oversee and improve the online Contract Management System for up-to-date, compliant contracts




Ensure adherence to internal procurement procedures and proper approval flows
Track KPIs such as cost savings, lead times, and contract coverage and identify improvements
Drive continuous process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality
Support scalable operations through procurement process optimization
Requisiti fondamentali1+ years in procurement, legal, or administrative roles
Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or related fields
Contract-savvy mindset with attention to contractual clauses
Strong negotiation skills and understanding of supplier dynamics
Strategic and structured thinker with hands-on execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
Experience negotiating media contracts is a strong plus
