Whether you're getting cars ready, welcoming customers back, or managing the exit booth, your energy and care shape the experience from start to finish.Your Primary Focus Is ToAs a Ready Line Agent:Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable ready line areaEnsure all vehicles are meticulously cleaned, prepped, and ready for customer pick-upInspect vehicles for quality standards and promptly pull any that need servicingFacilitate vehicle exchanges, swaps, or upgrades in response to customer requestsConfirm that an adequately completed checkout slip accompanies each vehicleAssist customers in locating their rental vehicle and help with luggage when necessarySupport the efficient flow of vehicles by moving and parking cars within the facility as neededPerform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectivesAs a Return Agent:Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all returning customersConduct thorough inspections of returning vehicles — check for damage, record mileage, and verify fuel levelsSecure vehicle keys and ensure all personal belongings are safely removedComplete and submit the required paperwork to notify management of any mechanical damage or issuesReview the final rental contract with the customer, clearly explaining all chargesPerform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectivesAs an Exit Booth Agent:Verify the completion and correctness of customer rental agreements before finalizing checkoutsGreet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism as they exit the facilityEfficiently scan and manage all necessary documentsObtain the customer's signature on the checkout slipKeep the exit booth clean and organized,
