The role involves expression and purification of targets and identifying molecular interactors in bacterial cells.
The successful candidate will perform structural analysis of protein complexes, high-throughput ligand screening, and validation xysqume of interactions using state-of-the-art biophysical methods such as SPR, ITC, GCI, and FP.
