pbABOUT THE ROLE /b /p pWe are looking for an experienced People Director to join our global People team and act as the People Director for our Business Teams, including Brand Insights, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting and Support.
/p pAs the dedicated People partner for our Business Teams, you will be the key point of contact for employees, managers and senior leaders across these functions, providing support across the full employee lifecycle and partnering with leaders on their people and organisational priorities.
You will work across multiple countries, combining strategic business partnering with hands-on People Operations support to navigate complex People topics and help build high-performing teams.
/p pYou will also act as a senior People lead for Italy, bringing strong local expertise and ownership while working closely with the wider global People team.
/p pbThis is a broad, senior individual contributor hands-on role /b for someone comfortable moving between strategic conversations with senior leaders and the day-to-day realities of supporting managers and employees across an international organisation.
/p pbKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /b /p pbBusiness Partnering /b /p ullipAct as the primary People partner for our Business Teams, building strong relationships with senior leaders and providing practical, commercially focused advice across the full range of People topics.
/p /li lipPartner with leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and organisational change, helping ensure their teams and structures evolve in line with business needs.
/p /li lipDrive performance and talent priorities across your functions, including performance reviews and calibration, talent and succession planning, development, retention and the management of underperformance.
/p /li lipCoach and advise leaders on complex employee relations and performance matters, ensuring issues are managed appropriately, consistently and through to resolution, partnering with employment counsel where required.
/p /li lipIdentify People risks, trends and opportunities across the functions you support and work with leaders and the wider People team to translate these into appropriate actions.




/p /li /ul pbItaly People Leadership /b /p ullipAct as the senior People lead for Italy, providing expertise and guidance on Italian employment practices and ensuring local requirements are reflected in our People approach.
/p /li lipLead complex employee relations, organisational change and other sensitive People matters within Italy, partnering with managers, external counsel and other stakeholders where required.
/p /li lipProvide senior oversight across the Italian employee lifecycle, ensuring local People practices remain compliant, effective and aligned with our global approach.
/p /li /ul pbPeople Operations /b /p ullipWork with the global People Operations team to deliver key People processes across the employee lifecycle, including compensation, benefits, performance, policies, compliance and employee documentation.
/p /li lipEnsure global People programmes and processes are implemented effectively across the Business Teams and Italy, with clear ownership, accurate data and appropriate follow-through.
/p /li lipContribute to the global People objectives, projects and the continuous improvement of our policies, processes and ways of working.
/p /li /ul pbWHAT YOU'LL BRING /b /p pbEssential /b /p ullipSignificant experience in a senior HR Business Partner, People Partner or People Operations role within an international organisation, partnering directly with senior leaders.
/p /li lipStrong knowledge of Italian employment practices, with hands-on experience managing complex employee relations, performance matters and restructurings.
/p /li lipStrong experience across performance and talent management, organisational design, workforce planning and organisational change.
/p /li lipPragmatic and able to operate independently, with strong judgement and discretion when managing complex and sensitive People matters.
/p /li lipFluent in English and Italian.




/p /li /ul pbNice to have /b /p ullipExperience supporting customer-facing functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting or Support.
/p /li lipExperience working across multiple countries and navigating different employment practices and cultures.
/p /li lipExperience working in a fast-paced, international SaaS environment.
