In this role, you will lead the area's commercial performance across Emilia Romagna, Campania, Calabria & Sicilia, aligning stores with Sephora's policies and growth targets. You'll partner with HR, Training, and Brand teams to develop talent, implement strategic plans, and boost turnover. You will analyze market dynamics, manage safety and governance, and act as an ambassador in external relations and employer branding. This position offers cross-functional impact in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilità
Achieve regional economic targets and grow turnover
Ensure policy compliance (pricing, promotions, communications) across stores
Oversee health and safety and act as safety authority
Supervise HR policy implementation with HRBP Retail of the Area
Promote store development and career progression in collaboration with HRBP Retail




Support Store Managers and guide development plans to meet group goals
Monitor area performance using KPIs and management tools
Adapt national commercial strategy to local needs
Coordinate with Training to develop retail employees' expertise
Manage relationships with Brands to execute commercial activities
Conduct competitor analysis to inform new strategies with Sales Director and team
Engage in social media and Sephora Community activities
Represent the company in external relations and employer branding events
Participate in HQ projects and cross-department initiatives xrdbqlu
Requisiti fondamentali
5/7 years of experience as Area Manager in dynamic and international environments
Strong financial and analytical skills
Result-oriented with a track record of delivering expected outcomes
Excellent relationship abilities with internal and external stakeholders
Resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Advanced level of Italian and English mandatory
