Responsibilities
Deliver first-line service interventions to customer sites (less than 4 hours labor)
Schedule and execute planned maintenance activities on diagnostic instruments
Assist with instrument installations and deinstallations at customer facilities
Perform hardware and software upgrades on diagnostic systems
Monitor and drive service performance metrics and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Biotechnology, or Clinical Engineering
2-3 years of experience in a similar technical service position
Strong customer engagement and communication skills with laboratory personnel
Technical expertise in assigned product line
Proficiency with analytical tools and software platforms
Compensation:
€41,000–€56,000 gross annual salary plus 10% target premio
