Your Next Opportunity

For the 2027 season, we are looking for a talented and passionate Commis de Rang who will become a key member of our restaurant team, helping to ensure impeccable service for our guests in line with the highest standards of Borgo Pignano Tuscany and Relais & Châteaux. You will support the Chef de Rang in the smooth running of the dining room and contribute to creating memorable gastronomic experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities

- Assist the Chef de Rang in welcoming guests upon arrival at the restaurant.
- Set up and organize the restaurant according to the Chef de Rang's instructions.
- Monitor cleanliness, paying close attention to every detail.
- Support the Chef de Rang in ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Prepare all the necessary equipment and supplies for service.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept in good order and that common areas are properly organized.
- Set, clear, and maintain tables throughout the various services.
- Support all aspects of the service through to its completion,



helping to create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Deliver high-quality service while maintaining high customer-satisfaction standards and complying with Borgo Pignano Tuscany and Relais & Châteaux service standards.
- Support the service through to its conclusion, creating unforgettable memories for our guests.

The Profile We Are Looking For

- At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
- A 5-star mindset, with a professional yet warm and friendly approach.
- Strong team spirit and a collaborative attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Passion for service, courtesy, and discretion.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Respect for nature and for the values it represents.
- Valid HACCP certification.
- Own vehicle and a valid Category B driving licence recognized in Italy.
