Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent For JTI position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical and product support to Italian-speaking customers regarding innovative consumer electronics
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through product setups, ensuring a premium brand experience for JTI clients
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest consumer electronics trends to provide informed and accurate guidance
- Document all interactions accurately within the CRM to track performance and improve service quality
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex technical concerns and contribute to continuous service improvement
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs related to response time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction ratings
Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Valid EU passport (mandatory)
- A strong interest in technology and consumer electronics, with the ability to explain complex features simply
- Previous experience in customer service or a high-volume call center environment is highly preferred
- Ability to relocate to Greece for this exciting Italian-speaking job opportunity
