Job Details

- Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

- Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

- Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

- Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

- Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? Work remotely from anywhere in the country.

Your Responsibilities

-

- Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues

- Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions

- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions

- Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems

- Follow established quality and productivity standards

- Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

-

- Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level

- English B2+ for training and internal communication

- Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer xjncmbx Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer-focused and empathetic approach

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

- Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications

- Good attention to detail and accurate data entry

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team

- No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
