**Let’s Talk about the Role**

In this role, you will bridge the gap between daily corporate treasury operations and general accounting, with a focus on bank reconciliations, tax payments, and payroll journal entries.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in **SAP (FI module)** and thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Treasury & Cash Management:

+ Manage daily **bank reconciliations** and clear open items across all corporate bank accounts using SAP.
+ Monitor incoming collections and process outgoing electronic payments via **remote banking** platforms.
+ Prepare, verify, and execute **tax payments via F24** forms in compliance with Italian tax regulations.
+ Support cash flow forecasting and monitor daily liquidity positions.
+ Maintain relations with banking partners and manage bank documentation/signature mandates.

Accounting & Month-End Closing:





+ Perform monthly **reconciliations and balancing** for payroll-related general ledger accounts (stipendi e contributi).
+ Ensure accurate accounting of withholding taxes, social security contributions, and local/corporate taxes.
+ Prepare and post journal entries related to treasury operations during month-end and year-end closing activities.
+ Assist in internal and external auditing processes by providing accurate financial documentation and reports.

**Skills for success:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar hybrid role (Treasury/Accounting) within a multinational or structured company.
+ Strong proficiency in SAP ERP (specifically FI module, FI-BL, FI-AP/AR).

High proficiency in MS Excel.
+ Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Italian, as you will interact with international stakeholders daily.
+ Deep knowledge of corporate banking systems, remote banking tools, and Italian tax payment schemes (F24).
+ Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, high precision, ability to prioritise tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
