You’ll collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, regional and central Ops, and our remote Guest Experience Team to keep our tech-enabled hotel model running smoothly and on-brand.
You thrive on attention to detail, proactive ownership, and hands-on engagement. Fluency in Italian (native/C2) and English (B2) is preferred, plus strong communication across on-site staff
