Tasks - Welcome guests, accompany them to their tables, and provide knowledgeable information about dishes and beverages - Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Orderman and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar - Work closely with the Commis de Rang,



coordinating tasks through clear communication and supporting a smooth service - Lead by example and contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere - Support the training and development of team members by sharing knowledge and experience - Organise the daily mise en place together with the Commis de Rang - Maintain a welcoming and well-organised dining environment throughout the service - Handle guest and service-related issues calmly and in a solution-oriented way - Complete the cash register closing and ensure accurate payment handling at the end of the evening - Contribute ideas to continuously improve our service and guest experience Requirements - Several years of experience in fine dining restaurant service or a similar hospitality role - Fluent in Italian and English; German is an advantage - Open-minded, xysqume eager to learn, and committed to personal and professional development - Strong problem-solving mindset and a solution-oriented approach - Excellent guest orientation and strong communication skills Esperienza, qualifiche e soft skill: possiede tutti i requisiti per avere successo in questa occasione?
