Kerr Dental is seeking a change facilitator to lead on-site lean transformations, develop and mentor site lean champions, and influence leadership toward a continuous improvement culture.
You will facilitate lean, growth, and leadership programs, run Kaizen events, coach teams using EBS tools, monitor KPIs, support Strategy Deployment, and drive cross-functional results, with PSP Train-the-Trainer and MBB certifications.
