We work with famous brands like Disney, Hasbro, Pokemon, Ultraman, Transformers, etc., to bring your favorite characters to life with amazing detail and functionality. We’re here to bring amazing collectibles to consumers worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Trade Marketing & Retail Execution

- Conduct regular store visits/checks across Italy; monitor product placement, brand visibility and POS execution.
- Coordinate POS materials (displays, shelf strips, crowners, showcases) and support in-store/co-marketing activities with the Sales Manager Italy.
- Collect feedback, photos and market insights for the Sales Manager Italy, VP and HQ.

2. Local Marketing & Communication

- Adapt and localize HQ/European campaigns and materials (catalogues, presentations, communication assets) for Italy.
- Ensure brand guidelines are applied; support local digital communication and brand awareness. Creative assets are provided by HQ.

3. Influencer & Digital Marketing

- Identify and manage relevant influencers,



creators and micro-influencers in toys, collectibles, model kits and pop culture.
- Coordinate product seeding, briefs, product info and follow-up; monitor content publication.
- Grow Blokees visibility in relevant online and offline communities.

4. Events & Brand Activations

- Plan and organize trade fairs, conventions, retailer and consumer events.
- Coordinate materials, products, displays and logistics; manage on-site activities.

5. Sales Support

- Support the Sales Manager Italy in customer/partner meetings and commercial activities.
- Handle operational follow-up with smaller customers/prospects; support presentations and basic order follow-up.
- Flag new business opportunities in Italy.

Nice to have:

- 3–5 years’ experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, communication or events; preferably in toys, collectibles, gaming, comics or hobby.
- Proven experience organizing trade fairs and events.
- Able to propose and drive initiatives independently; strong organizational, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of digital communication and influencer marketing.
- Good Italian, Chinese, English speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Driving license (B).
