Sprinklr is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead a strategic enterprise program for a public-sector client in Milan, Italy. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery with a retained team, ensuring scope, budget, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
This role requires on-site presence at the client premises three days per week, fluency in English and Italian, and prior experience managing enterprise SaaS programs. Certification in PM methodologies is a plus.
