Overview As Global SC Director, you will define and execute a global supply chain strategy to drive service excellence and efficiency across 15+ production sites. You partner with Commercial, Operations, and Executive leadership to align supply chain capabilities with growth and profitability. You will lead end-to-end SC operations, optimize inventory, and champion digital tools for visibility and forecasting.
This is a strategic, high-impact role shaping global operations and customer experience in a large international group.

Experience across S&OP;, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Logistics & Distribution, Network Optimisation Understanding of manufacturing operations in industrial sectors (industrial, medical, automotive, pharmaceutical) Strong analytical abilities to translate data into decisions Leadership of multicultural, geographically dispersed teams Stakeholder management with executive-level engagement Financial acumen including cost optimization and working capital management Experience with ERP, Advanced Planning Systems and SC analytics tools Fluency in English and Italian Stakeholder management Cross-functional collaboration ERP platforms Advanced Planning Systems Supply chain analytics tools
