Design and implement microservices architectures with Azure deployments, balancing scalability and cost. Collaborate with Product Owner and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead technical design discussions and code reviews to raise code quality and architecture standards. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to support technical and professional growth.
Integrate with payment systems and third-party APIs with a focus on security and scalability.
Explore emerging technologies and assess their impact on the platform.
Requisiti fondamentali ~6+ years of backend development experience with a track record of delivering high-quality software systems. ~ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field ~ Deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot) or C# (.NET Core / .NET 6+) with solid design pattern knowledge ~ Experience designing microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems; strong DB design and query optimization ~ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews ~ Ability to work independently on complex problems and contribute to technical decisions ~ Familiarity with AI/ML tools and AI-assisted development practices ~ Advanced English (C1) ~ Hands-on Azure and cloud-native development experience;
experience with Kafka or Service Bus; payments/fintech background; leadership in technical teams; familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ~ growth mindset ~ proactive ~ customer-centric ~ Java Spring Boot ~ C# .NET Core/.NET 6+ ~ microservices
