FRAG Srl is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mechanical Supervisor to support construction activities for a science’s research and development building.

The candidate will coordinate and supervise all mechanical construction activities within the assigned project areas, ensuring compliance with project schedule, quality standards, HSE requirements, engineering specifications and construction priorities.

Main Responsibilities:

- Check and ensure the supply and production of components (mechanical parts and related interfaces)
- Check the compliance and functionality of mechanical and electrical/instrumental parts
- Develop fabrication and installation plans for mechanical parts both in the workshop and on site
- Supporting the cost control activities
- Follow up on the progress of activities
- Supervising the commissioning activities of the installed mechanical and electrical parts





Requirements:

- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical construction in industrial sectors and infrastructure projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory or superintendent roles
- Proficiency in reading and analyzing technical drawings
- Very good knowledge of 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for drawing review, AutoCad 2D and MS Office package
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Preference strong experience in large industrial projects and fast-track construction environments
- Good English communication skills, Spanish is a plus
