Juuli is a fintech platform built for solopreneurs, freelancers, and B2B businesses, offering financial accounts (IBAN/wallet), card issuing, and payment infrastructure. Our core products help independent professionals and small businesses get paid, manage their finances, and operate internationally with ease. We're a fast-growing, remote-first team building compliant financial infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions.
We're looking for a Sales Specialist to drive new customer acquisition and support our growing pipeline. You'll work closely with our sales and business development team, taking ownership of the full sales cycle — from qualifying leads to closing deals with freelancers and B2B customers.
What you'll do:
- Qualify inbound leads and proactively source outbound opportunities
- Run product demos and onboarding calls with prospective customers
- Manage the full sales pipeline in Pipedrive, keeping records accurate and up to date
- Follow up consistently to move deals through the pipeline and close them
- Coordinate with our Customer Success Manager for smooth handoff after signing
- Work alongside our Business Development and leadership team to align on target segments and messaging
- Provide feedback from the field on customer needs, objections, and market trends
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or B2B services
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (Pipedrive) to manage and track pipeline
- Strong communication and follow-up discipline — able to manage multiple deals at once
- Strong English (written and spoken)
- Self-discipline for remote work — available and responsive during working hours (10:00–17:00)
- Comfortable working in a regulated industry (fintech) with communication approval processes
Setup:
- Remote, full-time, working hours 10:00–17:00
- We don't run on rigid performance metrics — what matters to us is discipline, ownership, and genuine effort
- Any relocation or residence/work permit arrangements, if required, are the candidate's own responsibility
