Overview As National Account Sales Director you drive revenue growth by managing a portfolio of national accounts for Marriott brands. You build strategic partnerships with key buyers, align account plans with company goals, and maximize market share across properties. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver value, loyalty, and profitable share, while executing account strategies and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Penetrate accounts for group, transient, extended stay, and catering sales Identify new accounts and qualify opportunities with Sales and Marketing Articulate financial benefits of proposals to customer objectives Manage account data and reporting in Opera Sales and Catering Represent all Marriott lodging brands in servicing accounts Monitor market conditions and adjust account strategies accordingly Support in-market needs and data gathering/reporting functions Ensure compliance with Marriott Customer Service Standards and Brand Standards Act as Subject Matter Expert on accounts, market activity, and customer needs Engage in market pull-through and cross-functional collaboration 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years experience in sales/marketing ~ OR 4-year degree in the same fields with 2 years experience ~ Total Account Management experience (preferred) ~ Hospitality sales experience (preferred) ~ English language proficiency (written and spoken) ~ Local language proficiency (written and spoken) ~ Negotiation ~ Opera Sales and Catering system ~
