The Technical Support Administrative is responsible for providing first- and second-level technical support to customers and end users, ensuring product and service issues are accurately documented, investigated, and resolved. The role also supports customer training, service-related activities, and collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing to help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
This position reports to the Technical Service Manager, part of the Technical Support Team in the Netherlands, and will be an on-site role in our office in Milan.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Receive and respond to technical support requests by telephone and email, providing first- and second-level support and training to end users.
- Document complaints and product failures in accordance with the Masimo Quality Syst
