Your ability to secure 4 placements per month directly drives company growth, client success, and long-term expansion intoEurope within the next five years. We run a highly structured, hands-on recruitment process. Every candidate and client interaction matters.

What You Will Do Daily Ownfull-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance Conductstructured, in-depth candidate interviews Assesssales performance, territory growth, and technical selling ability Presenthigh-quality shortlists within defined timelines Preparecandidates thoroughly for client interviews Debriefclients and candidates to control momentum Driveurgency in hiring decisions Manageoffer negotiations and reduce counteroffer risk Maintainorganized pipelines inside Zoho Recruit LeverageAI tools and creative sourcing strategies to stay ahead Your weekly production must support 4 placements per month. This is a performance seat.
