Purpose Medical Affairs Manager is the BU’s scientific expert in Italy and contributes to the development and implementation of local/EMEA medical strategy in alignment with BU priorities.



Through evidence-based discussions and scientific peer-to-peer interactions with HCPs, HCOs, academic societies and patient associations, Medical Manager is to be considered the trusted medical partner of external and internal stakeholders regarding the medical value of Wound Closure and Biosurgery portfolio for patients, HCPs and communities. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure scientific integrity, clinical evidence generation, and compliant medical engagement with healthcare professionals. The position offers the opportunity to influence clinical strategy, support innovation, and shape the medical voice of Surgery in the Italian market.
