Your Next Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and hospitality-driven Spa Therapist to join our team for the 2027 season. You will be an important point of contact for our guests and will represent the image and values of Borgo Pignano Tuscany throughout their stay.



You will work closely with the Spa Manager and other operational departments to ensure a personalized and impeccable service, in accordance with Relais & Châteaux standards.
Main Responsibilities
Welcome guests, greet them courteously, and ensure their satisfaction throughout their experience.
Perform treatments and massages in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Use products and equipment in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Ensure that the Spa is always properly stocked and fully equipped.
Pay particular attention to grooming standards and professional appearance.
Comply with the hygiene standards of the department.
Ensure compliance with Relais & Châteaux and Borgo Pignano Tuscany standards in every interaction with guests.
