Overview In this role you drive hands-on, data-driven retail media campaigns across major European retailers, acting as the engine room for our retail media plans within the Global Paid Media team. You will bridge performance marketing with commercial sales to win the digital shelf and deliver measurable ROI. You'll learn and grow through a structured path, shaping the retail media roadmap for a global player.

You work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize spend, impact, and learning across campaigns.
