Overview
In this role you will lead the Customer Quality function to ensure product excellence from development through market release. You will drive continuous improvement, address quality and defect issues, and collaborate with R&D;, AME, and Manufacturing to sustain customer satisfaction. You’ll manage customer quality activities, audits, and KPIs, shaping quality strategy with OEMs and internal teams. This is a hands-on leadership position at a global, design-forward manufacturing group with a strong emphasis on quality governance.

Responsabilità
- Lead the Customer Quality Engineers team and manage quality agreements and customer audits at manufacturing sites
- Conduct regular reviews with customers to align on quality topics and initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end customer complaints process (containment, 8D, root cause analysis, and effectiveness verification) including escalations




- Monitor and report Customer Quality KPIs (PPM, warranty, service calls, claim closure, COPQ) and customer scorecards
- Prepare monthly quality performance reports for Top Management
- Analyze defect data with Manufacturing, AME, and R&D; to drive corrective/preventive actions
- Support R&D; to ensure OEM/market quality standards, define CTQ requirements, and contribute to DFMEA/PFMEA
- Organize and coordinate product audit activities across sites and validate final product quality through pre-series user testing

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Engineering or similar (unknown level)
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, SPC, PDCA) and risk analysis tools (FMEA)
- MS Office and database management
- ISO9001 knowledge
- SAP knowledge
- Power BI or data analysis tools
- 5+ years in a similar quality role in manufacturing
