This is not a conventional job
If you are looking for a predictable employee role, this is not for you.
If your priority is short-term cash compensation, this is not for you.
If you want fixed hours, narrow responsibilities and a management position where execution belongs to someone else, this is definitely not for you.
Logycod is building an e-commerce fulfilment business in Italy. We are looking for the person who will take ownership of the operation on the ground and build it with us.
This means leading from the front, solving problems without waiting for instructions and doing whatever the operation requires. The business runs seven days a week, and building it will involve difficult days, nights and weekends. There is no distinction between managing and executing—the objective comes first.
In return, this is an opportunity to build a business, participate directly in the value you create and earn a pathway towards ownership.
Ownership is not granted with the title. It is earned through results.
What you will own
You will be responsible for:

Daily warehouse performance, from inbound and inventory to dispatch and returns;
Same-day shipping, stock accuracy and efficient use of resources;
Recruiting, organizing and leading the warehouse team;
Working hands-on alongside the team across all warehouse activities;
Building scalable processes, controls and KPIs;
Developing courier partnerships that improve delivery rates and costs;
Supporting the acquisition and onboarding of new 3PL clients;
Growing Logycod Italy into a professional and profitable operation.
You will not inherit a polished corporate structure. You will help create it.
Who we are looking for
You may be the right person if:
You want responsibility before status;
You think like an owner and act without being asked;
No operational task is beneath you;
You can lead people while remaining fully hands-on;
You measure yourself through results rather than hours worked;
